Cancellation policy

You can postpone your missed class as we reschedule your class. Therefore, if we are not getting notified by 10 days beforehand, we will charge you 100% cancellation fee. In case of emergency, such as your children’s illness, we are happy to reschedule your lesson for you.

The potential postponed lessons must be rescheduled within 6 months from the date of your original lesson.

Note:

In case of cancellation due to natural disaster, public transport issues or issues around the tutors, we do not charge you cancellation fee.

The cancellation policy may change depending on the content of the lessons, the workshops, or the tutors. We will inform you when it happens in the class notices.
